FiDUS Power today announces the launch of two new additions to the power-dense WLP series of AC-DC power supplies.With the release of the (M)WLP75 and (M)WLP120, FiDUS customers can now utilise 75W & 120W of output power respectively from a dense 2 x 3” package. The series should be of interest for requirements where space it at a premium, but power not reduced & cost not compromised.

OPEN FRAME / CHASSIS MOUNTThe (M)WLP75 series provides users with 75W of output power without fan cooling. The (M)WLP120 provides 100W convection cooled from the same 2 x 3” footprint, plus an additional 20W when provided with fan air. Class I & Class II models are available to suit all manner of application types.
For designers of medical systems, the MWLP75/120 variants take care of everything. Both are dual fused and approved to the latest editions of EN/IEC/ANSI/AAMI 60601-1 medical safety standard. They are also suitable for BF rated applications, provide 2 x MOPP and are fully compliant with the IEC 60601-1-2: 2014 Edition 4 immunity update. For ITE safety applications, the series is also approved to IEC/EN/UL 60950-1.
In addition, the (M)WLP75/120 is designed to ensure it can be used across the globe in a variety of environmental situations without performance variation. The (M)WLP75/120 provides full rated output power with as low as 85VAC input and in as low as -40°C ambient conditions. A wide range of output voltages are available as standard too, with non-standard voltages available on request.
