Power-dense 25W PCB mount power supply meets IEC 60335-1
FiDUS Power today announced the latest addition to the AMK range of power dense, board-mount AC-DC power supplies. The new AMK25 offers users 25W of output power in just 2.07 x 1.08” (52 x 27mm).

Suiting products within a wide range of ITE and technology applications, the AMK25 extends the available power to those designing for household applications (needing IEC 60335-1), as well as those designs with spatial constraints or where density adds value. Instrumentation, home automation and IoT applications will also benefit from the AMK25’s small size, high efficiency and <0.1W no load input power consumption.
All models are class II and operate across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. 5V, 12V, 15V and 24V output variants are available, all with IEC/UL/EN 60950-1 safety approval for ITE equipment and IEC/EN60335-1 for household appliances.
The range is cost effective when compared to other market options in this space and aids end system compliance, passing EMC level B without additional components. In addition, the AMK25 offers designers the assurance of a long life, with a high MTBF and the protection of a 5-year FiDUS warranty.
