Ultra Power Dense 1200W configurable PSU
FiDUS Power announces the introduction of the NEVO+1200S and the NEVO+1200M of IT and medically approved configurable power supplies.Small and powerful the NEVO+1200 is the most power dense modular power supply available in the market, delivering 1200W of power in a 6x6” footprint, with 8 available slots. Designed for applications requiring small size and flexibility in short lead-times, the NEVO+1200 is the perfect solution for product designers.
The units have an input operating range of 85-264 VAC and up to eight single or dual output modules, allowing configuration of 1-16 isolated outputs. Single output modules have voltage ranges from 1-5 to 60VDC with currents up to 25A. Dual output voltages range from 1.5 to 15V with currents up to 5A. Series and parallel combinations of the modules can result in output voltages up to 240VDC and current up to 200A in a single configuration.

Modular Power ProductsThe style and features of the product allow its use in a wide range of applications, in particular where packing density is high, control and monitoring of the power supply condition is important and flexibility is key. Market areas such as Automation, test and measurement, medical devices, scientific instruments, industrial, lasers and replacing obsolete power supplies are all areas where the product has been successfully used.
The NEVO+1200 can operate from -20 to 70°C with inbuilt intelligent fans. The units have a very full feature set allowing effective integration of monitoring and control within the end application. This includes AC OK, global inhibit 2 x 5V 1A bias supply, primary side shutdown. Each module has an individual inhibit, 5V bias, current and voltage remote control and monitoring. The unit can be used as a constant current source.
All modules comply with EN55011/55022 Level B conduction emissions. The units also meet IEC61000-1-2 4th edition medical immunity. The NEVO+1200S is safety approved to IEC/EN/CSA/UL60950-1. The medical NEVO+1200M is approved to IEC/EN/CSA/UL60601-1 and ANSI/AAMZ ES60601-1 and CE marked for the low voltage and ROHS directives.
The products are field and factory configurable. Samples can be delivered from module stock in short lead times to enable you to quickly test and optimise you power solution. All models are backed by a FiDUS 5 year warranty.
